VD: " Theists have a perfectly logical and objective basis for the application of their god-based moralities
that even the most die-hard rational atheist cannot reject, given the theistic postulate that God actually
exists and created the universe."

Since it has not been proven that God exists, let's postulate the opposite, that God does not exist. Therefore,
the so called God given morality laws are nothing more than ancient hebrews putting their words into 'God's
mouth', man-made laws based on common sense and evolutionary-driven instincts, enforced by fantasy-driven superstitious beliefs in eternal damnation for those who disobey, and eternal paradise for those who don't.

I wonder if Theodore actually reads your posts. You provide enormous entertainment (at least for me) by criticizing his book, almost page-for-page, but it's almost inescapable to ask whether or not Theodore actually reads, and more importantly, replies to your criticism.

Well, he did say "given the theistic postulate that God actually exists" and etc. Once you've accepted that, all that's left to do is accept the fine print (which says that morality is, by definition, only and ever what God says it is). And once you've accepted that, you're there!

Of course, "there" is where you have to pick a religion, and a denomination, which says things you agree with, or which feels right to you, or which someone you trust recommends.
