The “moral equivalent of biblical heterosexuality” also includes allowing of concubines as well as polygamy. Heck, it arguably even allows — nay, requires! — rape and incest to boot, if by “biblical heterosexuality” they mean sexuality as practiced by characters in the Bible (and/or mandated in the Bible for certain situations). There’s also the business about wives being admonished to submit to their husbands, but that’s small potatoes compared to the foregoing.
